Recreation in Church Crookham
Church Crookham is enclosed on almost every side by protected common lands, which neatly border the village on three sides and are available for walking and mountain biking. The one conjoined boundary is with Fleet, a town which offers just enough shopping to be useful but is not too busy. The Basingstoke Canal passes through the parish and Tweseldown Racecourse is just outside the Parish. Within the Parish we have a number of public open spaces and recreation facilities including the Peter Driver Sports Ground, Azalea Park, the play park at Azalea Park, Hightrees and Quetta Park, Chesilton Woods, an allotment site and SANGS land. There are also facilities within the new Crookham Park development these include further play parks, a community orchard and tennis courts
