Greenspace Management Contract

Church Crookham Parish Council invites applications

Church Crookham Parish Council invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced contractors who wish to be considered for inclusion on a select list of contractors to tender for the provision of its greenspace management service.

All works will be contained in a single contract covering most aspects of greenspace management. This will include grass cutting, plant maintenance, sports pitch maintenance and inspection of play areas and open spaces on sites within a two mile radius of Church Crookham, near Fleet, in Hampshire.

Companies wishing to be considered for inclusion on the list are required to complete a pre-qualification questionnaire, and return it by 5 pm on Thursday, 18th February 2016. The questionnaire will enable applicants to demonstrate that they are financially sound, have technical competence and adequate resources to undertake the contract. A minimum of two references will also be required.

The contract will run for 5 years commencing on 1st May 2016 and the estimated value of the contract is £24k to £28k per annum. Selection and appointment will be on the basis of value for money (VFM) and not solely on price.
